Refund Policy
Summary. Nailonomics is a digital product. Once ordered, no refunds are issued, partial or full, for any reason. In exchange, three chapters are publicly available so you can preview before you buy.
Why no refunds
Digital books differ from physical goods. Once an account is created and the login link reaches your inbox, the content is in your hands. You can read, copy ideas, save material, even if you later "return" the account. The fairest way to handle this is transparent previewing before purchase.

After reading, you will know the writing style, structure, and depth, and whether it suits you. If it feels worth more than a lunch out, come back and order. If not, the Preface and Part 0 are still yours to keep.
Combo $197 (with print book)
The web edition and digital bonuses (KPI sheet, twenty SMS templates, five HighLevel workflows) follow the same no-refund policy as above.
The printed color paperback, however, will be reprinted and reshipped free of charge if it arrives defective (torn, faded, wrong cover, wrong pages). Send photos within seven days of receipt to [email protected]. Loss after successful delivery is the responsibility of the buyer or carrier.
Special cases
If you believe there is an issue with your order (double charge, email not received, can't log in, etc.), email [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase. We handle these case by case.
Chargebacks and disputes
Opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or Stripe will automatically lock the account upon notification. Accounts locked for this reason will not be reinstated. Please contact us directly before opening a dispute.
Policy updates
This policy may be revised. The version that applies to your order is the version in effect at the time you paid.
