Thank you for purchasing Nailonomics. These terms govern your use of the book and web reader. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Product
Nailonomics is a digital book in Vietnamese for nail salon owners in the United States. Two packages are sold:
- Web edition $97. Twenty-three chapters available on the web reader at book.nailonomics.com. Includes lifetime content updates.
- Combo $197. Includes the web edition, a color-printed paperback shipped within the United States, a KPI spreadsheet, twenty English SMS templates with Vietnamese explanations, and five pre-built HighLevel workflows.
2. Account and login
After payment, an account is created tied to the email used on Stripe. The email and a temporary password are sent to your inbox. On first login you must set a new password.
Each account is limited to one active device at a time. Logging in on a new device will automatically end the previous session. You will receive an email alert when a new device signs in.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. If you suspect compromise, change your password immediately from the account page.
3. Copyright and usage restrictions
All content is copyrighted by Austin Nguyen. You may:
- Read the book on your personal devices.
- Apply the knowledge to operating your salon.
You may not:
- Share login credentials with others.
- Copy, reprint, upload, or distribute any part of the book in any form.
- Resell, rent, or transfer the account.
- Use the content to create courses, derivative books, or competing commercial material.
The system records reading activity and applies identifying watermarks. Unauthorized sharing will result in permanent account termination without refund and may be pursued under United States copyright law.
4. Refunds
This is a digital product. Once an account has been created and login details have been sent, the order is considered fulfilled. No refunds are issued for any reason.
The first three chapters are publicly available at nailonomics.com to preview before purchase. Read them, evaluate the writing and content, then decide.

5. Chargebacks and disputes
Opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer will automatically lock the account upon Stripe notification. If you have an issue with your order, please contact [email protected] first.
6. Print book (Combo $197 only)
The color paperback is print-on-demand and ships within seven to fourteen business days to United States addresses. Printing defects (torn, faded, wrong cover or pages) will be replaced free of charge if reported with photos within seven days of receipt. Loss after successful delivery is not the responsibility of Nailonomics.
7. Content updates
The book is updated periodically. Web edition buyers receive all updates for life at no additional cost. Printed copies already shipped will not be reissued for free.
8. Combo bonuses
The KPI spreadsheet, twenty SMS templates, and five HighLevel workflows are provided as files for buyer use only. Redistribution is not permitted.
9. Disclaimer
Nailonomics provides information and reference frameworks for salon operations. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside the scope of the book. The author and Nailonomics make no guarantees of revenue, profit, or specific results.
Matters of tax, law, lease contracts, and employment should be reviewed with qualified professionals (CPA, attorney) before implementation. The book does not replace professional advice.
10. Changes to these terms
Nailonomics reserves the right to update these terms. New versions take effect on the date posted. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
